Yep, I work the graveyard shift... Oddly, I work for the company that makes the foam part of our seats... All the X series seats... Anyway, the initialization procedure is really easy... push and hold open until you hear a click. Push and hold close (not tilt) until you hear a click... it should be right... might need to push and hold close first, then do open... going from memory here... hope it works!
Good luck with getting it back to normal... it might just need a good night's sleep after a hard night in the rain...
