Good news! I think you probably would have still been okay with two or three inches! It would have been more work to get it sorted... I think the recommendation for the dehumidifier is a good insurance policy here... I don't know how much they cost, but pulling the moisture out will give you peace of mind there is nothing left to pose problems later, like my corroded LCM module connector...

Either way, I think you know better than us what is really the best route given you're there with the vehicle! Really glad 99% is back to normal... if you wanna pull the radio and just hit it with mild compressed air, it might help with that light... and contact cleaner on the connections...
