We just had the hard freeze up and down the East Coast so it is time for more postings......
To make sure you have to replace everything:
Step One: Pull extra hard if the door appears frozen and the handle will not lift.
Step Two: Twist the handle after it starts to feel "loose"
Step Three: Make sure your kids jerk open the rear doors to see if they will open, if the fronts do not.
Step Four: If your auto unlock feature was having issues unlocking the door, wait until it stops working then let it freeze up. Makes the job so much more interesting.
Step Five: If using aftermarket door carrier replacement part, just twist the handle on and the twist the carrier to align the screw holes. Using power tools on the screws will make this task really interesting.
On the Engine,
Do nothing Spring is coming soon......
