1) Replaced Alternator, Belts and Tensioner
2) replaced engine rain tray (mine was all cracked they use the cheapest most brittle plastic)
3) new MAF
4) Replaced fluids on Diffs, Xfer, Transmission, Power Steering, Coolant and oil, and air filters
5) replaced spark plugs (what a pain)
6) Replaced rear hatch struts the power lift gate failed
7) entire CCV system
8) front lower control arms and sway bar end links
9) Heater Valve
10) replaced melted trim plastic
11) additives to fix engine smoking on extended idle

To-Fix
Sunroof wont close from vent position
front diff leaks oil
parking break module failure
front rear control arms and upper control arms as well as strut mounts (they've rotted)
Probably shocks/struts as well, I think they're starting to get pretty tired

To Watch
Noisy power steering pump (mine has adaptive drive)

I purchased mine in October, I also tinted my windows and added trailer hitch. Between repairs, maintenance and a few mods, and most of this was diy, I've spent more than 50% of the purchase price of the car :-(
OK. sounds like a lot of stuff!!! As long as it doesn't all go at once!
I still love the car! It's a phenomenon that a 5000 lb truck car moves like this.
The most bothersome right now is the CCC. It's sooooo old and antiquated.
About to spend 500 for the NBT retrofit adapter and get this updated.
