From the images and your description, my 2 cents is you will be fine to install the valve cover. If yours IS warped, it is minimal, and tightening down the bolts will even everything out and create a good seal.

If you had a big gap I would be worried but seeing the images, it looks to be making contact to the cylinder head all the way around. Tighten the bolts down properly and do a final check to make sure there are no gaps, but again, I think you'll be fine.
