My screw mod only provided temporary relief from the bottom edge of the Eonon frame kicking up and out.

I realized that there was a gap between the top of the Eonon frame and the center vent frame. This GAP was allowing the Eonon top heavy chassis to bounce down and cause the bottom edge to kick out.

What I have done yesterday is created two black plastic shims from some old GPS brackets that I had laying around that were about 0.125" thick. I cut the shims about 0.375" wide and pushed them into the top corners between the Eonon frame and the center vent corners.

After about 80 miles on I35E construction yesterday and today, the rigidity appears to be much improved and no kick out of the lower edge of the Eonon frame has occurred.

Hopefully, this will be my long term fix.

I have written Eonon support and encouraged them to figure out how to use the two factory fastening screws at the lower frame to immobilize/secure the lower section of the Eonon frame. Maybe in next generations might incorporate screws in the bottom. I looked at putting the screws in the bottom of the frame, but there is not enough "free solid frame lip" to drill through to make the screws work. I even had a plan to put little black furniture plugs in the top of the countersunk screws, but not enough flat lip at that edge of the frame to make it work.
