Hi there

Since I purchased my 07 X5 last year my heated seats have never worked, And before you ask, yes, I do have them, haha, the buttons on the dash so nothing, where do I start to diagnose this issue? Any help would be appreciated

It's the same with both passenger and driver seats/buttons so it's a confusing one, are they individual control units or is there just one somewhere?
