Edit, I just looked at your FA trace, why are you changing your date to 1011? Not sure if you will be able to code the FRM with that date, since the script may be expecting FRM3 (which is what came with that build date)
Doing exactly as you outline in #1.
CAS works great, and is done.
FRM will not let me code the module without giving me the error as outlined. I can read it, save the .TRC as a .MAN and re-code it, which of course does nothing, but I can't code it with an empty FSW PSW.MAN file in FSW PSW or Expert mode. Always gives the same error...

The date was changed to 1011 for the CIC retrofit. Should I change it back and re-try the FRM?
