Well, here again, my work internet is keeping me from looking up the research info I need to share with you... So, I'll try to explain with 10,000 words...
You have a couple options... You can try to free up what is binding by ALMOST removing the hardware that keeps the regulator in the door... It might allow things to move just enough to get the window moving in the correct direction...
You could remove the regulator mounting hardware completely and try to get the window to move in the correct direction (SLOWLY; Blip the UP button)...
You could just cut the wire rope cables holding the window in place and get the mounting points to their up position and tie things off securely until a replacement regulator is found....
You can drive to S.C. and I will help you out... (Well, I guess a local buddy or shop would be the better option here)...
Oh, leave things as they are until the replacement parts are obtained and then just cut the cables and pull the regulator and parts out... It might be a good idea to get the mounting hardware just in the off chance it breaks like mine did... This stuff here... Picture and auction used as reference only...
