Anyone have any experience with this !?

It sounds like the "typical" and known failure of the plastic clip at the bottom of the window. A small piece breaks off and the glass panel no longer travels up the channel like it is supposed to. It is tilted slightly towards the back of the door.

Grab a flat head screw driver and place its tip in the channel between the corner of the glass and the channel itself, in essence pushing it slightly forward (so it is squared with the track) and activate the button. The window should now roll up freely. All you need is for it to travel about a 1/2", and you can remove the screw driver. Once it's up you should be able to access the plastic clip at the bottom.

There are a few online sellers (flee bay) that sell an improved version of the clip (1/2 metal, 1/2 plastic). Get a pair (passenger & driver) as the other one is sure to fail!
