It looks like if one sensor is damaged the whole system doesn't work. You may well have damaged one. There's a method in the thread I linked to check which sensors aren't working. Good luck!

thanks I detected the one sensor that was not making any clicking noises and it was also loose in the housing but not able to either pull it out on force it in....bumper has to come off...and new sensor in or the connector too is buggered or cable
