Since you had it before and they put a terminator on the fiber optic cables you attached, try this; unplug that from the siriusxm receiver and turn put your key in the dash. Then go look at that cable, does one of the two fiber optic cables light up red? If both dark, then the dealership probably disconnected the cables involved at the MOST BUS connector on the drivers side C pillar.

If it does light up, then they probably disabled it in the coding of the car and you will need it activated with a code and update to the car. There are a lot of sellers online that can do that for you remotely and far less than the cost of going to the dealer.
