Weirdness...

On occasion when the X5 is running, the power tailgate won't close.
It closes all of the way, doesn't latch and then opens about 1/4 of the way and stays there. Doesn't matter which button/keyfob that I use.
If I turn the engine off and then try one of the buttons/keyfob it closes completely.

Seems like something with the CAS...

Anyone seen this?
