You must be right about that because the 35d I just bought had no emissions errors, so I assume regen has been continuing, or this condition hasn't existed long enough that it needs to regen. But if it is running rich, I imagine regen would be required more frequently.
What tipped me off that I needed to check my coolant temp was that my glowplug module has a burnt output. It's running overtime and can't handle the stress. I have a new thermostat, water pump, and glow module that I hope to install this after noon.
