It's a few years since my headlight resto with grit (1000/1500/2000/2500) and Meguiar's polish/drill. I finished with IPA wipe and GTechnic C4 for the UV shield. Still in good shape, no uv degradation yet.
I've used C4 on the bonnet trim too - massive improvement.
