Having them bored is the best solution. I had to do the same for my rear wheels. I'm in Atlanta, but I found most wheel places know someone who can do it, and also, any good metal machine shop. There should be plenty in and around Chicago. I was quoted about 100-180 from wheel places, and the machine shop quoted me 30 dollars for the pair.
You can use spacers as well, but I am weary of that alternative Plus, the new wheels will stick out plenty without a spacer.
