I need to replace the links for the anti-sway bar (genius design other than the plastic ball joint they clunk like hell once worn).
I also need to replace the thrust bushing which although allow the front wheels to move over half an inch while braking some how that is not causing any tire wear so possibly does not affect alignment which blows my mind.
I will get alignment looked at after installing.

Will do, I'll let you know what the results are.
On your thrust bushings... I used Meyle HD versions with good results. Also replaced the thrust arm ball joints with Lemoerders at the same time. That was a fun job, let me tell you. My ball joints were frozen in the knuckle BAD.
