Xoutpost member Danny Z greatly assisted in getting my spare
set powdercoated in Imola Red. THANKS DANNY!

Since I have finally found my DREAM Imola Red / Black interior X5, I am in no
hurry getting it going.
It's low enough miles that I am just fixing, tweaking it to last another 10 years.

I started the engine tonight.
It had a scary 2 second start up.
I installed a new chain tensioner. It rattled then quieted right down.
Subsequent starts have been dead quiet and steady.

I did notice that my clutch fan is wimpy.
Time to replace it.
Someone here mentioned a 7 series fan and blade combo.
Is that the way to go?
