Return them or have them machined parallel. I have them on 4 vehicles and have installed them on more than a few over the past 4 years with no issues.
I would offer one suggestion before doing anything. Take a https://www.amazon.com/3M-07547-Scot.../dp/B0013HHNPY pad to the front and rear surfaces to clean off any pad material and see if that does not resolve the issue. One too many "warped" issues can be resolved this way.
Cliff Notes:
Problem: Pad material over heated and transfers resins to the rotor leaving a "high spot" that becomes a grab point under braking. Solution: Remove materials.
