The X6 (e71 & F16)...is just like the e70 & F15 X5 in regards to bolt thread (see chart below).

But the X6 has a totally different fitment issue vs ANY X5 (except the X5 M)...and that is they have a split axle hub size different. The hubs on the rear axle are not the same size as the hubs on the front axle. So any X6 or X5M wheels will need augmentation to mount the rear wheels on any e70/F15 X5. And X6 front wheels will need to hub centric "reduction" rings to mount on any e53 X5.
