With that kind of mileage on it, anything is possible. Could be o-rings that are no longer sealing, could be a puncture in the condenser coil from road debris hitting it, could be one of the shraeder valves is no longer holding pressure. Find the leak and go from there. Throwing parts at an AC system gets to be pretty expensive if you don't have a recovery machine to recover the refrigerant after you refill it, not to mention what you are doing to the atmosphere by leaking or releasing refrigerant into the air.
