I'd figure out the spring rates for what you have, then get something a bit stiffer... Actual numbers on the spring rates, not BMW part numbers.

Yes, it is likely not easy to find- BMW doesn't publish it. I would guess some of the larger companies that make BMW springs, specifically X5 springs, might have tested a few to know where the baseline is.... Maybe reach out to them?
