They are avaible on the aftermarket and the only difference I could find is that they are 5mm taller.
And there is difference of 1,2mm in the deep, but you could manage this with spacers.

F10 M5 rotor is 400mm diamter so if you use the BMW X5M caliper i don't think its going to clear or bolt up properly to the X5 caliper mounting points. I believe you will encounter interference.
