X3 noises when turning

I have a 2004 X3 that is making a noise and (grinning) type of sound/feel under the passenger floorboard is felt.

I have done a research and found that the most common problem for this vehicles is the subframe bolts being losed. mine are good to go. I have check the front and rear drive line (replace the front one) the rear one seems good. I have checked all the suspension and steering they all check out good... have any forum member had this happend? Could it be the transfer case chain? I had to fix the transfer case actuator servo, and I have no fault lights on.

Thanks in advance
