The 'special wash program' has just stopped working on my '03 3.0 X5.
Wipers/screen washer/headlight washers and rain sensing wipers still work fine in normal operation, but when I press the "S" button on the end of the wiper stalk- I get nothing? (it was previously working fine)

Has anyone else experienced a similar fault? Not sure where to start with diagnosing the issue?
