Im scratching my head about this as well as mine looks just like yours, it looks like the wastegate actuator arm leaks exhaust gasses. Apparently it's an inherent design issue with externally actuated wastegates, on top of that our turbos are known to come loose and rattle at the wastegate actuator arm so the seal is very improper.
Also in that cramped space is the compressor bypass plate, and turbine control flap both externally and pneumatically actuated. They might be culprits as well.
If you hook up a vacuum to the tailpipe with the engine off (plugging the other tail pipe end) you will feel hissing from wherever your leak is. I can hear it but just can't seem to find it with my fingers. I think I will generate smoke somehow to see if the smoke gets sucked into the leak orifice.
