Actaully, all you need to know is 'has anyone cloned a DDE and been successful?' Can't help there. I'm out

Thanks for your help anyways!

Anyone else have any information or knowledge on cloning an ECU or the least expensive way to replace an ECU rather than to have to go through BMW?
