One more thing to try: The personalized shifting transmission reset. There's a tutorial on youtube. If you hold the accelerator pedal while the engine is off for 30 seconds in key pos. 2, the transmission is supposed to reset to its factory shift patterns before it learns the drivers style of driving. It's worth a shot
