Yeah, sorry to hear.
Remember, PUMA is the 'in house', BMW corporate tech support function. When the dealer is stumped they 'PUMA' it. When a dealer is guessing with your money (or your dealer's money) you want PUMA involved. Might be too late, hope it works out
