However not having the Luxry seat package doesn't bother me when it comes to this ride.

Couple questions for you if you don't mind.
Where did you get the warranty from, Toyota? How much?
Did you have your injectors replaced under CCP/BMW or were they done before hand, did you get a DMI from the dealer on service work?
Have you gotten airbags replaced yet?
Well that's a long story as well on the warranty, and some breach of contract issues by Autonation. Anyway I have a Toyota Gold extended warranty. Yes toyota covers BMW's I verified with my local BMW dealership and they said they have a few folks with that warranty and it never caused them any issues. I negotiated a $0 deductible for automation dealers/$100 for any dealer. So that I could take it to the BMW dealer closest to my house (nearest auto-nation BMW is about 50 miles away). Its a 3yr/36K mile warranty that covers everything on the car except infotainment, hybrid batteries (not really a concern) and by exclusion certain wear items like brake pad, wiper blades, etc. I believe I paid $2995 for the warranty on my 2011.

Honestly I've had only 1 minor issue with the car which was a CCV house that crumbled, and I just bought another one from the dealer (before I found it was covered by BMW recall) it was $68. Oh and a burned out angel eye bulb which I replaced myself for $7.

I also had bad turbo coolant lines replaced by the dealer, another minor repair.

There is not a CCP to my knowledge on the X5 M's. The CCP only applies to the N63 engines. However, BMW has extended the warranty on injectors on the S63 to 12yr/120K miles. Mine has had all the injectors replaced under warranty before I purchased the car. I think at 38K miles. It also had the park plugs changed at 30K miles, which is handy.

I'm not familiar with DMI? If you mean performed maintenance and repairs, I got that from my service advisor which is why I knew what work had been performed/when on injectors etc.

Nope not had the airbags done. Same deal on my 335d as well. Last I checked with the dealer they had a replacement, but put a stop install on the M airbags due to a defect so where back on hold for replacements (but this was in July).

BTW I do plan to change all of my lower end fluids over the winter (too hot now). The Xfer case, front and rear diffs, transmission. Mainly due to age not milage. Plus I want to keep after them as I use this as a tow vehicle (its my company car).
