I'm very new, so may have missed something basic
- My voltage at ignition position 1 & 2 is 11.9v.
- At running (idle) it's 13.6v (shows that read for 5 seconds, the the Trans. Failsafe comes on).
- I cleared the Fault ECU codes, but the Trans Failsafe immediately comes back. (sensor airflow pending fault). This is at position 2, idling, and while driving.
Maybe unrelated, but...
- I just tried to plug a cigarette USB port into the socket- it sparked and stopped working (the USB). I tried another USB (very briefly) and it made a whining noise, so I unplugged it immediately...
- I hear this clicking/ticking sound from the passengers side (in Australia, so LHD). Here is a video of how it sounds
What can I do to remove this Trans. Failsafe error?
Please help out with any suggestions.

Yeah something is mixed up in your wiring because of what you encountered at the cigarette lighters in the vehicle. Are there any ground wires off in the back of the vehicle where the battery was replaced? I would check back there first making sure that all wires look like they are in place. Finally is the clicking noise a relay or electrical module? Can you pinpoint where the sound is coming from?
