Does anyone know if there is a snap in adapter for this phone?

I am confused, bimmer nav have a listing of all snap in adapters for their bluetooth systems and this phone is not listed as having an adapter, though the phone is compatable with the BMW bluetooth system. Then I see this picture on Bimmernav.com showing my T608 from Sprint in an adaptor ????

Was this just some fluke or can this phone use another makes adaptor?
