What do you guys recommend and experience with these brands?

Bosch vs Bremi vs Eldor?

Currently, still on original Bosch 0221504100....@105k miles

Monitored engine roughness via INPA and all reads the same and seems fine.

I've checked Realoem and found a NEWER version Eldor 12138657273.

Either Bosch or Bremi will be fine. Have you checked for codes? Not that unusual that a coil starts to fail are 100,000 miles or more but if there is no miss, especially when the engine is first started they should be OK. Check to make sure engine goes from open to closed loop.
