Thanks Qsilver7, that's pretty handy info

I remembered to actually check my battery on the weekend and it has 16 10 stamped into the top of the negative terminal, which after a bit of looking online suggests that it's the 16th week of 2010. Definitely past it's use-by date (and slightly impressive that it's still going after 7 years)

I'll get that swapped out next weekend and hopefully will be the end of it!
