I believe you will get a new bottom connector with a new sensor, I would just break the old bottom connector. I believe like the wheel sensor you can just buy back the plastic connector that just fell a part and insert the old wire with the lead into the new connector. ECS tuning is where I brought the plastic connector. On the wheel sensor you need to get the leads in base on the color of the wire. Don't know if it is the same for the brake pad sensor.
