Yes I saw that but actually got one from another seller this morning too. Now just need to wait for CAI and exhaust.

I assembled the complete dinan intake, MAF, and throttle body for my 4.6is and then got the Dinan stage IV engine and trans software during last years half off and it was well worth it. I already had the Dinan exhaust. You will enjoy the outcome once you have assembled and installed all the components. The good thing from your perspective is that the cold air intake kit for the 4.4, 4.6is and 4.8is are all the same so that should make the hunt a lot easier.
