Can't find anything about a P3203 OBD II code...it doesn't follow the nomenclature for the 1996 OBD II federal mandate in regards to OBD II DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes). Double check to make sure it's correct....or perhaps its a manufacturer code or a code specific to the brand of reader you used.
