Some smoke came out from under hood but car still has power otherwise. Hazards came on immediately after impact so still getting power. I’ll post exact details on fix when I have them.

If the hazards came on automatically then the positive battery cable exploded its safety charge and will have to be replaced. That's why some things have power and some don't. Its designed to do that.
You cant crank the car and the car will not run. But windows, hazards and a few other things keep working.
Again by design.
So basically fix the cosmetic damage to the rear, replace the positive battery cable(or have a new end spliced on) and you will be good to go.
