Have been racing cars for years and have a guy who I trust to set my race and rally car up. Basically take it to him regardless of which shop he happens to be working at. I think it takes a while to find someone you trust. Most shops that have modern alignment machines can operate the gear, but its when it gets into fault finding, or fine tuning its the experience of the operator that counts.
