I got my IBUS USB stick plugged in and temporarily connected to the CD player connector using a long USB extension cord and it seems to work great, until it didn't
All was going well and I was enjoying the coding of the settings and increasing the % of my DRLs since they are LEDs, I bumped them up from 13% (default setting?) to 40%. Things were going well on my little test drive around the neighborhood.
Got back in garage and I don't know when it happened but ,my DRL feature is totally gone now
Can't seem to figure out what zapped it out. High beams work so I know the bulbs and circuits are OK.

Anyone know how to get the reset buttons off the right side text?
When I try to adjust the "Distance" units setting the program says that IBUS has shut down, so you see KM in the OBC screen but in my instrument display it says miles.
Also, the OBC screen shows km for mileage, converting my miles to KM.
After a while I did get an Oil Temp reading which was nice.
A not so nice discovery was that the brand new Behr thermostat I put in is showing about 228*F operating temp and in the last months since installing it I have not gained back any MPG!
For that matter I'd rather have the old 185*F aftermarket cheap unit back if I'm not going to get any more MPG running this 230*F hot thing!
Any ideas?
