if you are going to the expense of replacing motor mounts, definitely replace the gasket in the alternator mounting bracket. It's a $7 part, but when it fails (as mine did recently) it takes 8-10 hours of labor removing everything (including the subframe) just to get to the bracket.

My N62 has 134K miles and it was leaking like a sieve. After replacing it....no more leaks. I did all the work myself.
