The ibus system pings all devices in the chain - radio, navigation, board monitor, etc. If any of those devices is missing, the amp won't stay on. You need to leave the factory radio connected in the trunk. Second, you have to code the amp using NCSExpert.
1. Read the module (could be called AMP, DSP, radio) with NCSExpert in Manipulation mode
2. Edit the module value called: BEDIENELEMENTE
3. Change the value from "bordmonitor" to "mid_basis"
4. Save the new configuration file
5. Run SG_CODIEREN in NCSExpert
Your amp should stay on as soon as the coding is done. There's no way to do the coding through the ibus app. You'll need to use NCSExpert

Laptop does have internet access. I will see if I can get the program to open tomorrow. Seems like last time, maybe two years ago, I couldn't get it to work.
Before we can do that am I correct that I will need both the nav/radio unit wired up in the rear and the blue to white wire connected? Seicane say to connect the radio to the four wires on their harness that I sent picture.
And unless hot wiring the DSP amp was part of the Mediabridge wiring changes I will need to know how to do that.
In one of the pictures I posted it shows the Soundgate convertor connected to the red and white RCA connector wires. Those wires go to the input side of the aftermarket amp that was part of a BSW speaker, subwoofer upgrade package. Are they for the speakers?
