The twist of the subframe does exactly that: for a split second when the car gets light on the spring power goes to twisting the subframe not pushing the car forward.
I also get a creak every time I start accelerating from zero as the subframe twists.

It happens even on smooth roads. But I'm assuming its drivetrain related because it sounds rotational. I'll try to have a look at the subframe bushings as well.

About 146k. This is good to know. Might go this route if I can't find an issue. Did you change auto/diff/tc fluids on yours? I was thinking of it but have been reading mixed results.
