Doesn't appear that it will but I'm confused about which is your car and which is the potential donor.

Using my 2008 X5 4.8i as an exapamle. I go to RealOEM.com drill down to the differential, click on the part number and it shows which other cars used that same part number:

Mine shows:
33107552530 (10/02/2006 — 04/15/2010)

So for mine ONLY X5's between 10/2006 and 04/2010

On that same page, in the upper right that "I=3.91" is the ratio. Used parts places are going to ask you that.
