I did not pull the bumper. I did remove the 4 bolts for each headlight & slide them forward. The lower outside most screw is the hardest & a PITA! I seriously contemplated leaving it out, but didn’t. On the drivers side I removed the air box & on the passenger side I unbolted the secondary air injection breather & mass air flow just to gain better access to the bastard bolt!
