Pretty much. The harness ran all the wires to the back for me since it had to go back there to plug into where you unplug the radio unit of the nav.
You just need to run the camera wires up to where those wires are on your setup which will be in the dash at the radio itself. Colors should be the same on the wires just the location is different is all.
