The main power bus runs down the left side of all E53s, LHD or RHD.
Here in Middle Earth, the Land of Oz and Blighty, you'd likely want to run the loom down the drivers side.
Having said that, the main bus is *mostly* a big DC power bus, although there is iBus etc. in there also. DC doesn't normally cause interference to car stereos - but this is a LONG loom!
