Sracin, are you referring to the main fuse box behind the glovebox? Maybe but once again, it's pretty much all DC current and not likely to cause much interference. If your "whine" changes pitch with RPM then it's ignition-based interference and not likely to come from the fuse box. Earthing, maybe?
