BuzzKen (Ken Duncan) does make the hardware. The tune the offers is from another party. But he does good work and offers full service, AFAIK.
I would suggest deleting the DPF if you can get away with it. It will become a service issue at some point, and it puts undue stress on the turbos unless it stays squeaky clean. Which it typically doesn’t.
