I know they had widespread flooding from Irene several years ago, but most of these listings have links to clean CarFax reports. Of course, if I were ever seriously looking to buy one from that area, I would try to make certain it wasn't flooded.

I would stick to southern vehicles since they are not subjected to the abuse of poor road conditions and inclement weather road treatments.
